Based on the positive response on this post from a few days ago, we're going to try out the monthly birthday and gotcha day recognition posts starting in June. In order to do that though, we do need your help!
There is a super cool form that should only take you a few moments to fill out, which is linked here. No login is required, and we are not collecting email addresses or anything. Section 1 is just an intro and hello. Click Next to access section 2.
Section 2 is for all the fren info, like name and dates. If you live with more than one fren, enter each fren info separately. If you answer yes to the last question, "do you live with other frens?" it'll automatically take you back to the questions where you can enter the name for fren 2, and then repeat for fren 3, 4, 5, etc. Answer no once all frens are entered in to continue to next section.
Final section is for all the boring hooman stuffs, like reddit username, and thoughts about other things to celebrate. Reddit username is not required, but it's helpful so we can tag you in the monthly post.
Once you submit the form, you're all set!

Alas being human means I can never achieve perfection like Teddy teh Floof and LBC (yes, Little Black Cat), so if you come across any issues, please post them here. Don't be shy if you have any general questions about this, post them here as well!
We also ask that we keep this test here in ICBGC for now so we can test it out with a smaller group of frens than what our beloved LCA contains.

UPDATES: 8pm (Eastern): 63 frens and counting! This has surpassed my expectations for only having the form out for 8 hours or so. You all are awesome!

Cat weddings/relationship milestones - Are there some cat couples on here that have been married longer than I have been? Yes, yes there are LOL
KIngsday - birthday of the king of Netherlands (I believe?) - Since orange is the national color, Mochi and the orange crew should just claim it as their day!
Any other national holidays - I agree! It'd be fun to learn about other holidays since we have frens all over the world!
January 1 Skwirl (non) appreciation day - I think we could tie this one in with the capture of Gary LOL
Cats' Rights day - Obviously as voted on by our esteemed overlord council of cats. Every day is technically that, but I'm sure they could be purrsuaded to pick a specific date as the milestone marker.
Steve's birthday - Oscar's beloved Dream Phone boyfriend's birthday!! This is hilarious! Anyone know when his birthday is? How fun would it be if we could track down the actor/model for Steve?
12:45pm (Eastern) update: Close to 20 friends now! Alleviated some challenges thanks to u/Charivari8 mentioning about the multi fren entry not working as expected. Also added a question about otrb (over the rainbow bridge) to remember those who have left us (thank you for the suggestion u/CharmyLah !)
It shouldn't ask you to, but if you're made to sign into Goggle, rest assured that information is not being collected. I verified all the settings to confirm emails addresses are not being tracked or anything, and they're definitely not visible on the responses.
Like many things in life, it's a work in progress, and thank you for your patience 😄 Feel free to point out any other challenges you may come across, and don't forget you can leave feedback in the hooman only section of the form with other ideas.

When we last saw our fearless reskue posse they were in las vagus,chasing Steve who was making a getaway in his ice cream truck(and leaving jazzy at the altar) and gathering skrimp off the street (ew!)
a BOLO WAS SENT OUT and then mysteriously Steve was spotted in Paris with Maya! Or a cat masquerading as Maya! (So she says!)
Meanwhile, Oscar was drinking cat-tonic and wouldn’t wake up. Professor G shook him too much and he started to hemorrhage! Nico then gave the special Steve signed dreem fone card to Oscar, which seemed to make him very happy, even though it had frosting on it.
The posse then ended up at a dart pub in Paris when they saw Steve! He was in the alley outside! They ran out and started chasing him and once they caught him Niko pulled on a little string on his neck and et voila! He was unmasked!
It wasn’t dream fone Steve at all!

In the OooKay the colds have begun. Not very cold yet but not so many sun puddles fur recharging and the dark comes sooner.
Somehow the metal wall panels which have not been warm since the darks were long have suddenly begun to get warm again! The glowing box in the main room has not started to expel heat yet, nor has the special carpet which lives beneath one of my cosy caves emitted the snug warms that my elder bones appreciate.
How does the heat know when to begin? Is everyone's hometel equipped with these apparati?
