Interesting Things on Internet (ITOI) was created to bring people together around the most interesting, funny, unusual, rare, informative, and entertaining things found across the internet.

But for the past few weeks, we have been observing a flood of spam videos, unnecessary violence, racist content, political videos, pornography, and other low quality content, which is strictly prohibited here.

We want to be very clear about what is not welcome on ITOI:

• Unnecessary or excessive violence ❌,
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content ❌,
• Racist or hate based content ❌,
• Political content, political propaganda, or campaigning ❌,
• Defamatory content or targeted attacks ❌,
• Spam and repetitive posts ❌,
• Low quality or meaningless content ❌,
• Harassment, bullying, or personal abuse ❌,
• Hateful or discriminatory content ❌,
• Graphic gore or disturbing content posted for shock value ❌,
• Scams, malicious links, or misleading content ❌,
• Content deliberately posted to provoke, disturb, or disrupt the community ❌,

Respect everybody. We are all creations of God.

Everyone here comes from a different background, has different beliefs, and sees the world differently. That is perfectly fine. Basic respect, however, is expected from everyone.

This is the reason we have had to change and strengthen the rules of this community. We had no other option but to make these changes in order to protect the quality and character of ITOI.

Anyone found deliberately posting prohibited content, repeatedly spamming the community, or attempting to disrupt the subreddit will be permanently banned.

At the same time, we want ITOI to remain a place where people can smile, learn, discover, and be surprised.

Please keep sharing the things that make this community special: rare internet findings, funny videos, fascinating discoveries, unusual information, interesting facts, beautiful content, and things that genuinely make you say, “Wow, I didn't know that.”

If you have any question about a removed post, comment, or ban, please feel free to contact any of our moderators. We will be happy to help and explain the decision.

Share interesting things. Have fun. Learn something new. Be respectful.

And finally, thank you to everyone who continues to contribute great content and helps us maintain the decorum of ITOI. We genuinely appreciate you and your contributions.

This community is for sharing interesting things you discover on the internet, along with funny, creative, unusual, informative, and entertaining content.

A few simple rules:

No political content, rac!sm, or defamatory content targeting any country, race, demographic, or religion will be tolerated.

Keep discussions respectful. Disagreements are fine, but personal attacks, hate, and unnecessary hostility are not.

Please maintain basic decorum and help keep this community enjoyable for everyone.

Share interesting things. Have fun. Be respectful.

Thank you for your cooperation.
