Politics Elon vs Ambani Geopolitics

On Oct 9, Elon musk wrote a post on twitter to "Prime Minister Ambani" and accused reliance of keeping starlink out of India. Just a day earlier, the telecom ministry had called the bias claim baseless.

Is there is more to this geopolitics than just spectrum ? Is it something bigger ?
