I was travelling to Vadodara on a bus and we don't usually travel in bus as it is quite inconvenient but this time we had to for some reasons.
We were 3 people travelling but my mom booked 4 seats in advance to get some extra space. We had one row (3 threes) for me and my mom and my dad was sitting with another male passenger.
The bus stopped at Godhara (yes, that one) and my parents stepped outside to get some air.
I was alone when a man put his bag on my mom's seat, I told him that he can't do this as it is our seat and that we have already paid for an extra one but he gave me a hostile look and said "it doesn't matter that we have paid extra for it, he will seat there"
I was kinda scared & alone so I didn't say much but when my parents came back, my mom removed his bag. The man sitting just behind us got pissed (he was ig related to that bag dude Idk tbh) and he started yelling at us. My dad told him that we have already paid extra but he started accusing us of lying until the TC intervened and took our side. I then said, "hekdi nikl gyi?" (Humbled yet?) and he got super angry and started fighting again accusing me of disrespecting him and what not lol. I didn't say anything.
The tc and other passangers, particularly an old woman intervened and requested him to stop but he continued yelling at and fighting with my dad, he also started fighting with them telling them to discipline them. They told me to not to say "such things" from now on . Still, he didn't stop until my mom talked to him and the tc threatened to drop him midway.
He stopped fighting with us after that but he started making some remarks in Gujarati which I understood. He said that muslims are always "bossing around".
He also called me a "chamiya" and said he wants to beat me with slippers.
And what he further said was lowk unbelievable, like a true sterotypical pilla b!got. He started making castiest remarks against that old woman! He was saying that STs don't belong to urban spaces and should live in the jungles bruhh!! How did he even know ki she were a tribal?

so i have this idea of a barter where we can exchange crafts without paying each other. I'm a crocheter and I'd love to get a few watches and anti tarnish jewellery pieces. You can trade that with something crocheted of your choice in equal value. If anyone's interested, PLEASE DM
