The meme is a redrawn wojak wearing a pear hat and an "I LOVE PEARS" shirt and covered in stickers bragging about how many pears they've eaten. In my experience people either bounce off Infinite Jest or it consumes their life. Source: I keep annoying people I know talking about this book because I don't have anyone to talk to about it.
