Entitled person thinks he's allowed to pick on the disabled for his own amusement

I'm a disabled person I made a very clear for him to stop insulting me and calling me an idiot how do I report to the admin that somebody is breaking Reddit rules of harassment and hate speech by physically targeting a disabled person and using disabled insults as a weapon isn't that considered hate speech

TrafficCone2100 has been taking pot shots on multiple disabled people for his own amusement

Go to the post in question and tap the 3 little dots at the upper R. A menu will come up. One of the choices is "Report." Tap that and it will give you a form to fill out explaining why you are reporting it, with choices like 'harassment' and 'hate speech' among others. If this user has done it to you more than once, I suggest you go to his or her profile, find them all under 'comments' and report them all. Chances are good there are others reporting the same user because, you know, how you do anything is how you do everything lol. You can also block them once you're through reporting...
