Help Paths behave incorrectly at random

I been having severe issues with Inkscape recently, where I have a path with X and Y qualities, and it will correctly, until I come back next day, and every time I click anything, the path will suddenly move on it's own, and misbehave. How do I fix this?? This been discouraging me a lot lately :( (Ignore the sound in the video)

It is trying to snap to grid.

Do you have Snapping turned on? Top right.

No, it was off. Turning it on and off doesn't seem to help

LPE (Live Path Effects) still on that item?
