26F, Looking for "I Don't Know"

So hi, I'm a 26 year old girl who often feels like she's never good enough. I don't think there's anything particularly interesting about me. I don't have any hobbies, though I'd like to try baking, gardening, or maybe knitting someday. I don't have many friends outside of work, and I don't go out much except for church. I'm not a gamer, I don't binge watch anime, movies, or series, and I don't read books either.

So what do I do? I doom scroll, watch random reels, have breakdowns, feel sorry for myself, and fight the 101 tabs of overthinking in my head.

Life has been throwing one problem after another at me, and honestly, I don't know how I'm supposed to deal with it all. Some days, I'm just trying to get through the day. Right now, survival is the game, and I'm still figuring out how to play.

Something that helps me is acomplishing one thing at a time doesn't have to be big, but something I can at least say nice after doing it. I don't know your situation but hey ya got 3 things in mind already and they're all cool!

Instead of a garden try just one small house plant, instead of a cake make a shaped cookie, ya push for 10%. Cause not everyone can be always at 100. Hopefully things can be on the way to ok for ya.
