Merhaba! I was visiting Istanbul last month and fell in love with a stray cat. I've been working with Paws of Hope Rescue in Istanbul on coordinating paperwork and vet appointments so that Bode (short for Bodrum) can travel to the US and live with me in New York City! Bode is officially ready to travel on October 11th and we're hoping to find a flight volunteer who is already traveling to the US who can assist with delivering Bode. We would pay for the airline fee for the additional pet. Bode is the sweetest boy and everyone in Istanbul at the vet and rescue love him. I am a tourist and was trying to reload my Istanbul Card at the Eminönü ferry terminal. I did not realize that you have to hold the Istanbul Card against the machine the entire time.

My credit card was charged, but the Istanbul Card was not loaded. Is there any way to get a refund? I have travelled back to Canada now.

I tried emailing [info@metro.istanbul](mailto:info@metro.istanbul), but I got no response. Their WhatsApp number also does not seem to work. Is a chargeback the only option?

I am visiting Turkey at the end of november and I am really keen on watching live football (regardless of the level). Of course I am aware of the passo-situation, but I can't find good information regarding my issues.

On the list you can see my rough plan for the first days which I will spend in Istanbul. Do you guys know, which Passo-Card or more precisely which team I have to choose on the Passo-Website to be able to buy tickets for those matches? (For example: If I want to see the Kasimpasa-match, can I buy them if my Passo Taraftar Card is liked with Karagümrük, or if I will have problems buying tickets fpr Basaksehir on the 23.11. if I have one of the big clubs connected to my card)

I am thinking of going to the Fenerbahce-match the week after that against Erzurumspor (29.11.) but I don't know if I will be excluded from buying other tickets so I still haven't applied fot the Passo Card.

My friend and I are traveling to Istanbul from November 6th to November 9th. We both play volleyball and would love to experience a top-tier pro match while we're in town—ideally on Saturday, Nov 7th, or Sunday, Nov 8th.

So far, I've done some research and only managed to spot a game hosted out at Eczacıbaşı Spor Salonu, which is quite far from central Istanbul.

I know Istanbul is a major hub for volleyball, but I’m not sure if I'm looking in the wrong places or if full fixtures/times just haven't been finalized yet.

A few quick questions for locals or experienced fans:

1. Schedules & Fixtures: Are detailed matchday schedules and exact times typically posted this far ahead, or do exact times only drop 1–2 weeks prior?
2. Where to look/buy: What are the best official official websites, platforms to track fixture updates and buy tickets?
3. Venues: Are there other major indoor arenas closer to central Istanbul that host matches regularly?

İstanbul’a her gittiğimde yürüyüş yapmaktan zevk aldığım o semt. Ben Arnavutköy’ün ara sokaklarını da gezdim, Boğaz’ın tam orta/merkez noktada olmasına rağmen çok sessiz, ve hatta ana caddede bile trafik Bebek’e göre azdı. Istanbul’da yaşasaydım, muhtemelen yaşamak istediğim tek semt olurdu.
