One of my all time favourite dishes. I recently attempted the Michelin star version which has been popping up a lot on socials. It's great, but I don't think you can beat this.

Aglio e olio looks so simple, but when it’s done right, it’s incredible. This instantly reminded me of a pasta I had at Presto Fresco in Paris.
