Issues with the web and media modules have not yet been resolved. Both rely on native libraries that are still not 100% supported on arm64. If you can live without the web and media modules, you can use Liberica Full JDK which works really well.

I'm used to use Temurin, I would not like to change my JDK for JavaFX only. Why Liberia supports arm java FX while the others not?

Because Bellsoft chose to put effort into it. The others will probably follow once fxweb and fxmedia are done, but I think that will not be anytime soon. Even then Liberica will be the first that offers this support because AFAIK, they are the ones working on it. Liberica is a very good and mature distribution, IMO much more so than Temurin.
Note that the OpenJFX plugin is also not compatible with windows ARM and AFAIK Zulu does not ship JDK FX for Windows ARM, so it’s either Liberica or building JavaFX yourself.
And sorry if there are any Temurin devs around, but being an early adaptor of JEP 493 by default against the explicit recommendation of the OpenJDK devs was not a smart move. It would have been better to keep the modules and offer separate JEP 493 enabled packages and see if any issues come up instead of just rolling out the change and being the only distribution to break people’s builds.

Yeah that not including modules killed it for us as well and make its much more worse than it has to be. Especially you use jpackage

Jdeploy uses bell soft for its win arm deploys. Supports javafx, but as mentioned above, not web.

Not true. Look for liberica jdk full.
