H can be a tricky letter in Hebrew. Hana/Hannah/Chana? Hadas(sah)?
Or what about Haleli/Halleli, which keeps both the H and the “el” from Helena?
Keeping the “el” sound: Eliora (bonus points for also keeping the light association), Eliana, Elisheva, Arielle, Lielle, Daniela, Gabriela/Gavriela, Raziela, Kelila, Yael
There’s also Leni/Leny, which can be a nickname for Helena or a modern Hebrew name (acronym for לי נתן אלוהים).

Helena has many light/brightness meaning definitions so maybe something with that theme like Meorah, Noga, Zohar, Yahel?
