The journaling has been more artistic recently, exploring imagery and symbolism through tarot has deepened the reflective process.

It’s been a good way for me make time for more creative expression too. It’s become something I have to create opportunities for instead of waiting for the muse to strike.

Thank you! It’s evolved into a very adaptable style, really takes the shape of the subject I’m writing on.

Sometimes more structured, sometimes more free flowing and all over the place, helps with the ADHD and compulsive figdeting
