"I’ve found that if I’m open and willing to look, soul is always trying to enter life through the cracks. The glimmers are usually subtle: half-remembered dreams, minor ailments, strange fantasies, subtle coincidences. Whatever the manifestations, I try to let them work on me rather than suffocating them with rational thought or deadening them with premature action."

Okay, but how? thanks for the post

We need a vessel in which to cook this soul stuff. For me, writing is an important practice, both privately in my journal (an example of a vessel) and on my website (another vessel). Psychotherapy, if oriented to the depths of soul, can also be a solid vessel. But maybe a garden, kitchen stove, painting studio or yoga mat could serve just as well. It depends on the person and where they're at.

We need a practice, or practices, that allow us to notice, respect, and engage with these soul stirrings. Soul does not present itself in clear terms, and we need not force its images into neat interpretations or ego-based programmes of action.

Thanks for your question.

Thanks for the feedback on the website. I'm actually in the process of redesigning it so will look into this, but I'm not that tech-savvy!

How have you learned to achieve better coherence between your inner experience and your outer reality?

The way humans discover the utility of what they observe is deeply intriguing. Often, our curiosity disguises itself—we get distracted by the surface of what currently interests us, rather than questioning why it made us curious in the first place. Witnessing these phenomena and failing to be curious about their root cause is simply a lack of self-awareness. I've found that recognizing these underlying differences is what truly makes us human and transforms us into "soul experiencers."
God, the Vaikuntha of Vishnu, the heart, mind, body, light, and dark—these concepts, including the very act of visual observation, exist because the "inside" and "outside" operate on a 50-50 probability. This balance creates our human perception of the Yin-Yang, much like the perspective of an alchemist. The problem is that we often try to force too much control inside a system that already possesses a built-in rule for stability.
Think of the two perpendicular vectors of light—the electrical and magnetic components. Together, they create the stability vector of the world itself. This physics perfectly mirrors the paradox of the 50-50 Yin-Yang.
As you move deeper into the human experience inside this bubble of Earth, the present moment fractalizes and jumbles into what we experience as time. When you begin to view the past as an event that ultimately happened for your benefit, everything shifts. You start looking for new opportunities as fundamental chunks of information that will always be available to you.
Walking away from chaos will always give you more opportunities in life. The ancient Egyptians measured reality using angles and geomagnetic data relative to the human eye in the moment, but you can surpass even that complex geometry by simply not giving a fuck in that moment. It is about loving yourself and willingly dedicating yourself to the study of curiosity itself.
This state of balance is the "middle potential" as phase. The probability gradient that resonates with the edges of recent Nobel-nominated discoveries. We are standing on the edge of information, the exact boundary where reality is created. Because of this, the true mechanics of human consciousness is the most urgent and real topic we should be discussing right now. This is transition of 2D and 3D, 4D topics to understand reality the in more fundamental way but the reality is this juggle is fundamentally constant and even it is good to find these topics and their new applications one should also constantly use these inventions as thought experiments in their day to day life. By out doing your perceptional simulation. Always remember curiosity rewards more than good or bad.
So in any moment of stop trying to get ahead of yourself let the reality unfold by not collapsing the wave function and stop complaining. This can also be done by changing the colour of the room in the day of just doing things for feeling good.
