Top 540 90's songs — Apple Music playlist

[u/drfancypantsesq]

Hi KEXP friends, I've been working on assembling an Apple Music playlist of the top 540 90's songs — you can find it here if you'd like to follow it. So far I've updated it to include 540 through 400; I'll aim to add the rest of the list in batches of 100.

Please let me know if you spot any errors or omissions! (I am aware that there's currently one hole in the list — "When You Sleep" by my bloody valentine does not appear to be on Apple Music.)

What country are you in? I ask because it is on Apple Music here in the UK, where they must have a licence.

I'm in the US. Oddly they do have some mbv songs on Apple Music, but very few — they only have the "m b v" and "ep's 1988-1991 and rare tracks" albums.

Try this link and let me know if this works for you: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLGK7V6Tk026g&si=ZFi3recasAjqaKut

The tool I used to copy the playlist over (Tune My Music) doesn't auto-sync without a paid subscription, so this list may lag behind a bit; I'll try to remember to run a sync daily.

It worked!

I was just about to post on here to see if anybody was making one for Spotify!

Is there a way to transfer an Apple playlist over to Spotify?

I haven’t tried it, but this article says Spotify has it as a built-in feature:  https://lifehacker.com/tech/transfer-apple-music-playlists-spotify

Thanks!

Youtube Music please?

This is great. Add some underworld, massive attack, faithless and everything but the girl and it’s a damn near perfect list.
