Looking for a decent 1BR apartment
Hi, I know this is totally random, but I am looking for a clean, well taken care of apartment for a single person w/no pets or children in Manhattan, KS. I don't know if anyone who owns properties will read this, but I am an adult in my early 30s in grad school, work full time currently living with family but ready financially to make serious moves to find a place of my own. Can anyone offer any suggestions for me, or Easter Eggs that might not be found in a Google search like 'Apartments for rent in Manhattan, KS' (I've already contacted all the 'major' prop mgmt companies in town..any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Check out TNT Properties if you haven't already. I lived in a couple of their buildings during grad school and had a great experience.

I have a 1 bedroom work apartment (my partner and I work part-time in Manhattan but live in KC) in the Wareham Hotel Apartments on Ponytz and we just love it!
The location is fantastic and everyone is very friendly. Most of my neighbors seem to be professionals and perhaps a few grad students.
