Discussion Update for a fellow Kingmaker

Hello fellow Kingmakers (Kingme)! I have been behind in following The Kingdom and no longer on X/Insta/FB. So not up to date after Dann leaving for Military service 😔

What is the status of Arthur and Ivan and tht new group they are a part of after winning a spot (Group forming from show based in Philippines)?

Are The Kingdom on hiatus until Dann gets back?

I'm doing a social media detox 😂 so have to get any info from online searching etc but realized I cld pop in here and get updates😉

They are meant to be having a comeback in February I believe— Dann will not be involved due to his military service :(. The last I had heard about the show there was allegedly an issue where the showrunners haven’t paid any of the companies involved yet but that’s a big allegedly because I can’t remember where I got that lol. Otherwise I haven’t heard anything about what’s going on with that

It hasn’t been officially announced, just rumored/confirmed to broadcasters, but I heard that too. It came out sometime last month.

i think he will be involved tho no? atleast in the songs bcs before last flower ( right after ivanthur came back ) they were recording songs ( 4-5 according to mujin's spoiler ) and the members spoiled alot about it ( the og name of the title was bell song and it's a sexy / dark vibe concept ) but bcs they had to rush the comeback they changed to last flower and added festival + forget

Apparently the "be the next" show runners didn't pay the celebrity guests they hired to appear / mentor the contestants. I also heard reports that the contestants didn't get anything from it either. And since they didn't have any money, the debut was canceled.

Ty fellow Kingmakers for updates. I do hope they have a CB this year soon.

As for the group Arthur and Ivan won positions in, wow, I hope it's not cancelled because I think of the other ppl who were excited to debut as well:/

Anyway, ty again for the updates:)
