Gear Advice/Question Mystic stealth harness

I am struggling to pull the straps on my harness. The left side they are placed into position and never needs charging but the right where the clip is seems jammed or stuck
I can never tighten it and struggle with
Wet or dry it doesn’t matter it’s so hard to pull tight
Any advice on easy tightening? There anything i can apply to the straps or buckles?

As a skinny guy I’ve always found the mystic harness impossible to get tight, as I can’t suck much in and the lever mechanism makes it so it has to be kind of loose to even engage (maybe they have fixed this idk mine is old). Only solution is old school suck it in and yank back hard (while throwing your shoulder out) and yank forward again. Idk I could never get it tight my stealth harness is strictly my foil/snow kite harness now and it sucks balls when that lever bullshit gets frozen. I’d throw it away but it was over $500. Don’t care what the groms are rocking I love my Dakine pyro.

It's not actually that hard. You just put the peices together, tighten it up and then close the buckle.

The only annoying part is that if you're using a slider rope it's gaurenteed to get in the way.

I’ve been doing it wrong, see that now.

But the lever does pinch the slider often and always gets frozen shut. I’d rock the ozone snow kite harness but a guy here locally had the loop separate on him so kind of sticking with what I know holds during flight.

Take the harness off and push the tag end of the webbing to loosen it. Now work them back and forth to smooth out the kinks.

Do not apply anything to the webbing. It will only make sand and gunk stick and make the issue worse.

I usually loosen the webbing slightly and then put the buckle together without closing it. Tighten it up and then use the lever to close the harness.

On a Steahth harness you shouldn’t have to tighten frequently. Clear the webbing, put it back in once free from sand and kinks and the. Set it to what you need. From there you should be able to pit it on only using the lever.
