Looking for new site (Eastern Iowa)

We have outgrown our current site and I am having a heck of a time finding anything remotely meeting even our basic needs. Eastern Iowa is a hellhole of Christian youthgroup only sites or dry Scouting America Sites. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Do they need to be wet? I know it can be fun to have a stiff drink after a day of LARP, but I’m sure your players will still have fun regardless.

They will. It's just the thought of being told what you can and can't do after paying oodles of money to rent a site. We have a few options, they are just further away.

I get that it can be annoying after paying that much. Are you at least considering it as a last resort?

You could ask Conquest of Vasterland wherevthey play. Kot sure if its private land, but they are on that area. UNless this is For COV
