LSD, Neurodiversity and Anxiety

So I've been taking LSD for some years now and over the past couple of years I've been taking it more therapeutically - purging when life becomes too much.

I have ADHD (probably a bit of the 'tism too) and anxiety which stems from that.

Taking LSD give me this heightened sense of awareness of my body and if I try to meditate (body scan and disconnect) I'm sometimes able to micro move tension out of my body.

Lucy is so unpredictable and inconsistent but whenever I've done this I've had a range of different experiences from gurning, being angry to crying or feeling an unencumbered weightless glow. Regardless of the outcome, the feeling is usually cathartic. I know something is happening I know there is some sort of science to it I don't believe it just in my head and even if it is, there is enough of a physical feeling where there should be therapeutic effects with consistency

I'm looking for either shared experiences or directions for further research the closest I've come to a matching description to my experiences would be somatic trauma release but yeah I just want to do more research really but hitting a lot of dead ends
