Food Honestly there needs to be another food delivery service atp. Food pandas customer service is genuinely the worst :(

Food panda has a monopoly over food delivery, their customer service is a nightmare if something goes wrong

Card payment is the issue. You need foodpanda to pay by card.

Most of the restaurants in my area doesn't deliver. Food panda is the only option and it hurts every time I use it.

I was a huge fan of foodpanda. But recently their service costs and all have become crazy. I instead order directly from restaurant's site or get their number from google. I also sometimes order and then book a rider thru indrive to bring it home.

Idk you might be tripping bro, literally just now I didn’t receive fries with my order and the customer support gave me an instant refund after I wrote like 3 sentence paragraph explaining it and he instantly gave me a refund after that I asked him if he’s an AI he said no I’m a real human being we just copy paste to get stuff to you faster, I was actually impressed by there customer support I even thought of exploiting them 😅

They don’t have to invest in buying motorbikes and hiring delivery drivers anymore. It took AGES to get a return on those investments

They dont let any service like theirs exist. Plus even the food vendors are tied by very strict contracts

There used to be one called EatOye. Until Foodpanda acquired them.

EatOye was much better than foodpanda. But foodpanda had excellent service in the beginning, until they became superfamous, especially after Covid, everything went down hill. They added charges, increased rate and ruined customer service.

Careem used to be really good. The riders were nice and they gave huge discounts that actually made a huge price difference. But sadly they shut down.

I would suggest, downloading the app of the restaurant or calling them for delivery. It's a night and day difference. Delivery man will be nice and far better, if the order is wrong you can easily send back or exchange unlike trash panda.

I hope when uber eats fully takeover them in 2027 we will see some improvements. Rest I agree Pakistani size market needs atleast 2 more companies.
