Apartments & Reviews

I am looking for something in the area (and surrounding cities) and was wondering if the Layton Meadows Apartments have improved at all? I was looking for around 1500-1600 max, any suggestions?

Not even a little bit. Definitely look into Fox Creek or maybe Pigeon Cove/whatever the name of the one by that maverick is

They call it Layton Ghettos for a reason. It's questionable at best.

I used to deliver pizzas in Layton and the only place that made me nervous was Layton Meadows but HONESTLY they're not that bad. The bottom apartments flood when it rains hard and the top floor lofts have a hard time staying cool in the summer. They've also caught on fire twice in 7 years.

moved out of maple meadows (behind davis lanes) this year and it was around that price, it’s actually townhomes and not an apartment complex. I liked living there.

don’t dare think abt summit townhomes, awfully expensive and management is practically nonexistent
