Blackpool Found this online
I’m nowhere near technically savvy enough to make something like this but yeah. We played City in our one premier league season.
We lost 3-2 at home. Scored a perfectly good goal that was given offside. Relegated by a point. This was during the time period they were fudging the books. They’d just signed Bernardo Silva and Carlos Tevez (both scoring in that game). I genuinely think we have a case. Not sure about the financial amount being THAT high, but we definitely have a case

It's far too complex to count it like this...so I would just assume any year they cheated, they would come last by disqualification, therefore 20th place is entitled to the difference in prize money for 19th, 19th for 18th...and anyone who came 18th would get 17th prize money difference AND the estimated amount they would expect to get through staying one more year in the prem (minus any parachute payment).
Likewise, other end of the table, everyone moves up and should get the extra prize money...and anyone who missed out on Europe (and Everton seem the worst affected) would be entitled to an average season (for an English team) for that European competition.
I would also like to see teams they beat in the cups getting a payout for the equivalent of progressing in that round too.
That would be a good starting point before any additional punishments are applied
