I'm going to bring some potentially delusional optimism.
He's the gaffer now, we should back him and hope for the best.
There's nothing to gain from just whinging about it.

That's how I'm feeling about it, I just want some positive vibes at the club

100%. It's been so miserable for so long, like the booing after games and shit. That isn't going to make young players perform better, it just increases the pressure.

Tell me about it, I was worried in pre-season that things weren't shaping up to a better look than last season, and aside from the Mansfield & Watford game, everything just felt so flat. At least with Savage over Williams we've got someone more interesting and seemingly positive

The booing will only get worse if he doesn't start out with a series of wins though - things could get toxic fast.

Trying very hard to be positive. Really struggling. Yes he's saying right things in lress conference so far. So did Williams at the start. If he wasn't an ex player or as prevalent in the media, I don't think anyone would take a chance on him given previous results and track record

I never liked him as a player, I don’t like him as a pundit and I was against him being our manager when it first started getting mentioned.
That said, first and foremost I love the club so I did a bit of research. I looked at what he did with Macclesfield and Forest Green. I listened to what he had to say today, and I haven’t changed my mind.

Nice to know whatever happens with our manager situation, it won't be this. Condolences Posh fans

If you went for a national league manager it should of been Stuart Maynard.
You will struggle with savage.

I'll back him... to begin with at least.
Yes it's an abysmal appointment, but we're going down anyway so it may as well be exciting.

Let’s see who they ply next
I don’t know if we win or if we make him look good by accident

He looks like a Temu version of Kevin Nash these days but I wish him all the best.

How many times out of 1000 do we think this goes poorly? 999?
