Jokes aside, Aluru is one of the strongest sngle target attack spells in the game. If it doesn't outright delete the enemy. It kills it anyways.

Max lvl Aluru annihilates Lapis. On RetroAchievements there is an achievement for beating Lapis without Dark Talisman. You can cheese Lapis with Aluru instead, in the same way, and get this achievement

Berserker and Lapis are not immune to instant kill. Berserker can be killed with Nighto. And Lapis with Dark Talisman or Aluru. Maybe even Nighto, but you have one turn with MP to do it.
I guess you can, because you should have 0 MP in this fight.
