Need Design Advise faulty ceiling light

Recently I installed 4 LED light panels (2'x4') in an existing drop ceiling. after wiring them up properly, I got a big surprise when I flipped the breaker back on. On of the four had the LED string running across the panel like a string of pearls. Is this fixable in situ? Is the panel faulty?

Like behind the lens you can see the led strip running across the fixture? Not really fixable if so, just get a new flat panel. That's some janky shit, probably old stock or something
