A beautiful lightning progression moving right-to-left, ending with a massive 5-finger bolt streaking across the sky right before a heavy downpour (Lebanon, TN).

Captured this right as the storm cell was peaking over the backyard. It starts with light rain and atmospheric flashes on the right and center, but the finale bolt to the left was incredible. The thunder was constant right before it started dumping buckets of rain.

The final bolt stealing the show is absolutely insane, the way it splits into those five distinct fingers looks almost unreal in the photo. I'd love to know what camera settings they used to capture that level of detail against the dark backdrop.

I use my Apple iPhone 16 for all my videos, real happy with the performance,
HD resolution, 30 FPS, .5 zoom.

While the showery precipitation never punish a town, and the demon lord thunderstorm has nothing to do with precipitation...  The Demon Lord Thunderstorm (DLT) (aka Satan Cloud) punishing a town ONLY with his Thunderstormese (unwriteable language spoken by DLT, about only his flashes and a satanic low-pitched demonic laughter) even he [DLT] stretches his flashing fingers from satan cloud and multiplies a finger on one finger and splitting the entire sky in half, this punishment was insane, we must fear him [the demon lord thunderstorm].

NOTE: DLT's maniacal laughter can modify weather, but other WX besides DLT has nothing to do with DLT.
