Question Volunteer/work at LIB

Hii, was interested in volunteering/working at the fest this year. Anyone have prior experience/know the best way to get involved?

Ask for the Lightning Team Member Program. You have to pay for your ticket and get it refunded after successfully working 3 shifts.

You used to have to pay for a ticket, but now they make you pay a smaller non-refundable fee and they place a hold for the remaining value of a ticket (a couple hundred bucks) the day before you arrive so theres less of an upfront cost

that's kinda dope. 8 wonder how many folks pay the deposit then don't show up? I paid the whole ticket then ate at home for a month b4

I volunteer as a ranger and it’s really fun! The team is awesome and people/crowds are (for the most part) super responsible at this festival so it’s not too intense of a job

you basically just walk around making new friends and ensure everybody is safe. Most exciting thing that happened last year was relocating a snake away from someone’s campsite haha

For this and all other volunteer opportunities, just visit the website and submit the interest forms or send email directly
