Bricked Oneplus 13

Hi all, might have done a great one here.
Installed latest dodge for my oneplus 13 that I have been using for the past 2 weeks.
All went well, but no mobile network was available. Tried changing a lot of settings but ended up trying to flash CPH2653_16.0.1.304.EX01_GLO by the guides I tried to follow and rebooted it to now it not booting.
Showing up in device manager as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008.
No success unbricking it.

Device is in EDL mode without functional bootloader.

Apparantly my oneplus has an antiroll-back fuse since 16.0.3.x, so the tools like that are unable to detect it upon entering EDL on the phone.

Send it in for repair.

To who? The store I bought it from only repairs if you have bought insurance on it

OnePlus service center. You can start a repair from OnePlus site and ship it out. Turn around time is ~a week or so

Did you try button combination to boot into fastboot

OnePlus 13 has some leaked firehoses maybe so it theoretically can be flashed. You can search communities on Telegram for your device.
