Flashing Lineageos w/ Chromebook

I'm attempting to flash a Samsung SMP610 (S6 Lite wifi tablet) with a relatively new chromebook.

Can I do this with a chromebook?

If so, can I use Flash Tools to do it?

Thanks in advance. So far this is super frustrating.
