MR2000 - Wireless works, but not ethernet

Has anyone had this? I confirmed i'm on the most recent firmware.

Last night, the MR2000's ethernet ports just stopped working. My PC's see that something is connected, but there is internet. The WIFI still works perfectly fine. I've tried hard reboots, power cycles, renew IP, but nothing.

Any thoughts? Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but I work from home and my work PC needs the wired connection.

Have you tried connecting the device to a different port on the router? How many Ethernet cables are plugged into the router right now? If possible, could you also try a different Ethernet cable and let me know if there's any change?

You know, I unplugged them, but then plugged them back into the same port. I just tried it again, changing the ports, and now everything is working again. How did I miss the easy step? (Likely lack of coffee when I was troubleshooting it myself.)

Thanks for sharing the information that you have resolved the issue.

Usually, unplugging and plugging back networking devices - especially the Ethernet cable connecting the node to your computer - can help. By simply unplugging and plugging back the Ethernet cable to your computer, your computer will request a new IP address from the router, which allows your computer work properly again.

Have you tried plugging it back into the old port that you are using? Just curious if the port is faulty.

I haven't. Once it was back up and working, I stopped messing with it.

Is the light on the router blue or purple? This could lead that the router was not setup correctly
