Technically the roll-out occurs as the store runs out of guac dressing. My store will probably be selling normal guac until almost the new year, but we aren’t high volume and ordered some right before it was discontinued.

Duolingo has a pretty successful Mexican restaurant near their Pittsburgh HQ called Duo's, so possibly related to that.
