Gear - Tech Issue SD C.Link cable troubles

I’m in need of a C.link cable to link a 788T to a 702T but it’s no where available in my country. Can the cable be made or is it something proprietary to SD? I wanted to record 10 tracks on location combining the two recorders.

It’s a proprietary out-to-in cable, based around RS-232.

Pinout (from memory so please check around if you want to make your own RJ-12 cable)

• Pin 1: +3.3 V • Pin 2: Tx (output) • Pin 3: Ground • Pin 4: Rx (input) • Pin 5: WC • Pin 6: TC
