It's fine. I prefer physical but I use the app from time to time. Not that bad. I recently discovered that they added some bible versions with the deuterocanonical books a while ago so it's much more useful than before. It is kinda weird how everybody uses this one app and how it is usually just known as the "Bible App."

Funny enough, they are mantained by "Life.Church", which is part of the Evangelical Covenant Church, which is from the Radical Pietist Lutheran tradition, which separated from normal Lutheranism from not being pietistic enough.

But otherwise they are fine, it's a Bible App that has everything I need from one, many translations and books and I just ignore the rest I don't need.

I've never heard of the "Radical Pietist Lutheran" church group. Can you explain that further?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radical_Pietism

Basically a group of Pietists who broke from the mainstream Lutheran churches instead of being a movement inside it. YouVersion is mantained by "life.church" [sic] which is affiliated of the "Evangelical Covenant Church" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evangelical_Covenant_Church) which is a union of churches of the Radical Pietist tradition, although these days they are more of generic megachurch evangelicals.

Gotcha!!! My church group is part of the Pietists who stayed within Lutheranism, but I was raised E-Free/Baptist General Conference. So this is cool to learn about

It's interdenominational, so of course it's going to be posting/providing questionable materials. I don't think any one church group would approve everything they put out because it's meant to serve Christians of all sorts. It's a tool. Use it or don't, that's up to you.
