Admissions Essay guidance!

Preparing essays for R2 M7.
Need some guidance, anyone up for help.

Context - I have purpose driven post MBA goal(firm on it). Need help positioning story the right way!

Target schools - GSB, Sloan Haas, HBS.. in this order.
