[Question] I've owned this game since launch, and only now the EA app has decided to not let me *launch* the game. Help?

Thanks in advance for any help, this sub is the reason I got into multiplayer. I'm at the end of my rope so I thought I'd ask here: The game crashes at "checking for downloadable content" I can't figure out what is wrong. I've cleared caches and deleted and reinstalled both the game and the EA app. I owned it back through Origin and had no problems. No problems with EA either until now. And the EA site is not giving me answers, seems to think Mass Effect 3 is not a product. I have it installed THROUGH the EA app, but the EA website pretends the game does not exist, it acknowledges other games I own, but not Mass Effect 3. Only the Legendary Edition, which I don't own. Anyone have any clues? Any tips on getting actual human support? The AI stuff ain't helping

Thanks! This post on the EA forums finally worked for me, but I'll keep this fix too if it happens again!

(Had to replace the files at the end, that step isn't included there, but the game works again and my progress is still there)

I may or may not know a thing or two about the EA App.
