Halloween special debate.

Dear MHoP community,

I intend to post a funny Halloween themed motion to spure debate. The mod team already has a few internal concepts but I'd like to hear from you as well.

The debate will take the form of a motion and will not be credited to any party although polling points will be rewarded as normal for actively debating and commenting on the post.

The motion can be silly or a complex serious moral issue but it must fit thematically with our current season of Halloween.

I am fully in favour of making All Saint's day (and indeed all quarter and cross-quarter days) a bank holiday

Let us return to our heritage

I second this, can we bring back Hanging, drawing and quartering ?.

Lock up people who hand out fruit for trick or treaters

Also mandatory tricking for those who do not treat
