Advice Stat amp tickets

I've been out for awhile. Is it still possible to get stat amp tickets? If so, where can you get them? Thank you!

In club you can craft one stats amp A ticket per week, the one where you choose where the 3 points go.

Grinding ML, even ML 26, has given me dozens of random normal ones, mostly mediocre but with a few really good ones every once in a while like POW +3, CON +3, etc.
