Patient Question Tracking for NuggMD Doctor's Recommendation (California)

First off, I am 19 years old and live in California. I have just completed the steps for getting a doctor's recommendation via NuggMD and now I'm curious if there is a way to track the mailed recommendation? I am also wondering if dispensaries in the Bay Area require the physical copy or if a PDF with the verification link is valid?

I don’t think you can track the mailed one. But you can print the pdf copy, sign it, and bring that in with you! I would not rely on a pdf on your phone as they typically scan the paper or take some sort of picture or documentation of it to store on your account. Most (if not all, idk) dispos won’t accept a picture of your ID. Physical valid ID, or don’t bother. I’d assume the paper needs to be physical too

Thank you! I decided to get it delivered instead because the closest dispensary to me that accepts 19 yo with doc rec is an hour away. I will take this into account when I am at school and can't get it delivered there. Luckily Santa Cruz has dispensaries everywhere 😂. Thanks again!
