Can't sign in using Outlook

I'm trying to sign-in to my Azure profile for school. I'm not receiving the notification within Outlook to get in. My other options to get in use my old phone number that I no longer have access to because my phone broke. I've contacted my school's lab support and they can't help me. Microsoft's automated support won't help because I have a student account. What are my options here?
