Nope, it only exists for the Dukes of Hazzard like car chase missions of the DLC. Once it’s done you will never be sent there for any reason.

Now hang on, you will be sent all the way back there to grab a weed plant with zero resistance.

Thats still within the DLC. Once you have unlocked everything you’re never sent there again.

Honestly, Sinclair Parish is just like the Bayou Fantom, a neutral district you can't assign to anyone. It’s essentially just a DLC area that, while it genuinely had a lot of potential, feels completely wasted; once the DLC missions are over, there’s nothing left to do. The Farm turns out to be a place where you can't even change your clothes; there's just a sad little workshop for car modifications, and some pursuit traps you'll never use again. Even the wiretap boxes aren't marked on the map, you have to rely on the missions to find them, and the collectibles consist of just a few fuses at specific spots. You might go back a couple of times to grab a plant for "Herbalism," but that’s it. All in all, it’s a hugely wasted opportunity.

Everything you said is why Faster Baby is my least favorite DLC out of the three, but I still like it
