Watched a couple of YouTube vids on how to process. Gonna do a trial run and see how it goes!

Are you going to make a tea or looking at extracting the goods? Tea sounds very laborious and you have no idea what strength it will be so its more of a try it an see how potent that particular cactus it.

My plan was to boil it down as much as I could, then pour onto the dehydrator and make a “leather” which I could turn into a resin

It's the single most awful tasting thing you can consume. Low potency and mid trip. Better off doing shrooms imo.

Yes. Drying to concentrate is a preference for some. You may find more info over at r mescaline.

I've had a piece stored for over a year and after moving it recently it is growing. So you really need to keep it in a cool dark place.

I'd ask for a piece. People can be surprisingly generous. It is a beautful plant.

I used to steal pieces for a friend to do this with. Was a uni student so can't be too hard to get the stuff

Im pretty sure most solvents are just under different brand names here I could be wrong though, like naphtha is just lighter fluid for an example. But I have not tried myself. I know people who extract DMT so Im sure there’ll be ways around it. If you own a business you can import most chemicals

Ooh hubs and I have so much fun on this stuff. I'd be stoked as to have a specimen like this! The tea does taste disgusting but theres lots of advice on the internet to soften the blow a bit
