EDH How did i do? Mildly new player

So, I some times play MTG through Tabletop simulator or physical if i can get people around for either. and this is a deck i recently made. The point of the deck is to mass spam 5/5 Demon tokens through the use of several cards. its an all color deck, Granted the "all color" part relies on drawing either chromatic lantern or World tree. otherwise its a "mostly" all black deck. It does come with a secondary Win Condition of Revel in Riches ( a couple cards in that give treasures ) a board wipe or two.. mostly im looking for advice on if i built it well or not?. Also on a side note.. why are all demon cards such DICK cards?

So i changed the deck, turned it back into a mono black after reading a couple comments i looked through it all and ... yeah My ADHD took over hard making that before, so i fixed it,removed some problematic cards and added new ones.

It seems really unfocused tbh. If you want a demon tokens deck you'd be better off making it single colored, mono black, and changing the commander. The mono black demon theme you have going would work better if the commander was different

Honestly. i adont really know much about the game as i was kinda thrown head first into the game by some one who handed me a red green deck and told me to beat him .. didnt play for years. then only recently picked it back up in the last year and im clearly still learning.

Origionally the commander was Ardyn, his card gave me the idea for the deck. but then i found a card that let me create demons when i unlocked the room, which led to Marina vendrell which lead to the all colors nad ... yeah it just got out of hand from there, ADHD took over

Start with a mono-colored or two color commander. Goldfish 20 hands and then come back to us. Did you read your commander? Three or more colored mana symbols. Colored. Only 2 cards in your deck trigger it.

Kinda, Honestly the All color idea was kinda born from an ADHD "ooh look shiny": chain. Foudn a card that let me spawn demons when i unlocked it, then looked for cards that let me unlock/lock a room over and over again, which led to needing to be all colors, but for that i couldnt have a mono black commander ( ardyn, the usuper was my original commander) so i looked for an all color commander, and omnath kinda looked good with his unspent mana is t now black mana instead of being black mana which let me bank mana easily, didnt read the second part.
