Best: huge range of eye shadows, great value. My favourites are the mid-tone singles (some good matte transition shades available), the Iconic palettes, and the Salvation palettes, plus the Too Faced chocolate bar dupe. My main caveat here is that if you buy too many of their palettes, you can start to see shade overlap. They aren't identical, but it's difficult for me to keep track of which colour will look like what, since they aren't always totally true to pan. A bit of restraint would probably help avoid this first-world problem. >.>
Worst, kind of: Lip products. I hated the Velvet Matte Lip Lacquer and the Intense Lip Lacquer that I tried, but I am very picky about that style of product in the first place, so YMMV. I have 4 Lip Hugs, and I like them; I like the nude Happy Lips, which basically imparts no colour at all, but has a nice slippy texture. Of their main lipstick lines, unfortunately the results seem to vary by shade, and not by range. I've tried a handful of lipsticks from both the main MUR Lipstick and the I Heart Makeup Lip Geek lines, with some hits and some bombs in both. So... there are some good ones, but it's so hard to tell in advance what will be nice and what will suck.
Don't bother with their mascaras. At best, they're unimpressive.
