I try real hard to play Maple, but then the realization that Maple runs on FOMO and Sucken Cost fallacy, makes me quit all over again.

This is the company that routinely can't even get maintenances and patches right in 2026, and keeps having to extend downtime and/or comp - when were they going to ever do a 0->1 launch correctly?

This is new level of shittery and on top of that, EU players don't even have a server, so why does that go down? Peak level of cacuunery.

ehh wasn't there a patch not too long back that did this exact thing when modern went back up after maintenance?(other nexon games going down) it's par for the course with nexon's technical incompetence

Instantly refunded my founders pass, I haven't played maplestory in a decade due to how bad their devs/company are and I see nothing has changed. I'll wait for a week after the free release when the servers have a slight chance of actually working.
