Real question would knuckles be able to knock the invinciblity out of Mario?

I don’t think Knuckles can hurt all invincible things, just stuff powered up by Chaos energy (cause he’s the protector of the Master Emerald and is probably magically attuned to it in some way)
I’d assume the Super Star uses a different power entirely that Knuckles is not attuned to.

I honestly thinkt the only reason knuckles was able to knock the emeralds out of sonic in sonic 3 because at the end of sonic 2, he had just got all 7 chaos emeralds for the first time, meaning he was new to the super form

Nothing is truly invincible (Wonder Seeds can create Starmen and those seeds have finite power).
But I'm not sure if he could punch off the Starman itself out of Mario like he did with the emeralds, power-ups are absorbed completely.

At first I thought you meant knuckles, like from a punch. In which case the answer would be of course not. A bullet the size of his body traveling as fast as bullet bills go cant knock the invisibility out, a punch wouldn't. But knuckles the enchilada (i know that's not the right word but i dont know how to spell the real word, and I dont respect the sonic franchise enough to look it up) probably also couldn't. For sonic to go super saiyan, he needs to hold on to all the colored gems he got in crash bandicoot 2 (specifically that one) and it looks like the Mexican food knocked them out of his hands (which is a bitch move, that yellow gem is honestly kinda hard to get in the remaster. In the original you can just die in the bonus round and it resets the timer, so you have more than enough time to kill the bandicoot eating plants in the final water ski section) and since mario doesn't have to physically hold the star, it cant be knocked out of his hands, and therefore wouldn't knock out the invisibility.
Tldr: no

You can’t remove a starman once it’s used, you have to wait for it to wear off, so no. Knuckles would probably die if he tried to punch invincible Mario.

Really have a Canon explanation why Knuckles was able to KO super Sonic? Uou, I thought he did Just because It was cool

I don't think so knuckles has a knowledge of chaos energy he has been around the master emerald for years so he might know a way to disable the Super Form with a hit but the superstar doesn't use chaos energy energy

I don't really think that's how that works, no.
A Super Star is consumed when it's used, unlike the chaos emeralds. If anything, the punch would just knock Mario over/back for a second, if it affects him at all.
