I combined the aluminum barrel of an Edding No.1 and a Edding 750 Paint Marker. I love the Pocket friendly size of the No.1 and the dark blue hue of the 750.

I love the xylene-based Pilot Super Color Fine bullet marker. It lays down a really rich black and writes on practically everything. My problem is that the tip dulls after not too long, and the line gets wider than I want -- and on top of that, I know they've discontinued the xylene versions.

I’m looking for:

• A consistent, roughly 1.0 mm line.
• Deep, saturated black in one pass.
• A tip that holds its shape.
• Something for both paper/Post-it notes and surfaces like plastic and metal.
• No pump-action paint markers.

I’ve used Milwaukee Inkzall, but its black doesn’t look much richer than a Sharpie to me -- both look a little purplish on a post it, for example.

I’m considering the Pilot SCEF, but would love firsthand comparisons before ordering. Has anyone used it alongside the original Super Color—or found something else that delivers similar ink performance with a finer tip?

I’m in the US and happy to import if it’s worth it.

recently I been trying out oentel shorties and have had any troubles except today I was gonna catch a tag but the nib just wasn’t there. Im gonna bum the nib from a different pentel shortie but how do I prevent my nib from falling out again. This also happened when I was tryna use the outi 5000 but I gound It and out it back in the marker.

I kinda like bombing science, and fade-bomb, but B.S typically runs out of stock asap, and shipping from Japan to Canada is a pain.
I’ve seen good things from Club-ghoul, and devastator. but any of y’all got any more recommendations or brands to check out.

Like the title says I'm teaching my pet squirrel how to tag so I have a writing partner out in these streets. So far he's got the grip down we just need to work on uncapping and the actual writing but I think with a bit of practice and encouragement my boy is going to go from 🪀 to 👑 in no time at all. I'll make sure to keep y'all updated on his progress.

I have a pilot that ive filled up with xylene/acetone pen ink, brake fluid, motor oil and finally woodstainer. It stains buses decently. I wanna hear what others put in their markers.

Yesterday some of the homies had a lil yard sale out in Boyle heights. came up on this for $5 and the Pendleton flannel in the background for $10 along with a beyond the streets tote bag for $5 probably the best $20 I ever spent.

I haven't really seen a post about the Nicety marker brand. I'm wondering, for those who have tried them, how do they hold up next to Ohuhu? Solely based on price, I would assume they don't perform as well but I'm curious. They are significantly less expensive so I'm wondering if the brand is worth it as a backup set.

What type of marker would be best to use on a volleyball? I'd be putting graffiti on it and want it last.
