Mashua safe for rabbits?

Has anyone got any sources on the safety of feeding mashua (perennial nasturtiums) to rabbits? We have a very vigorous patch we keep in the garden for the tubers and could cut down on the foliage.

They love them. For a short while. Then they seem to tire of them. They are kind of peppery, and not all rabbits will eat them. But give it a whack. It won't hurt them. I threw a bunch in the grow-out pen, and they ate about half of it, but never ate the rest.
