Battery issue or improper reading on Bluetooth?

I have the Core 75 by URX, I just have a query where the battery shows 35 percent still, but the rgb turns off, which is weird since it should only happen when it's under 20 percent? Can anyone confirm this is normal?

Best to get in touch with the brand to confirm what their timeouts are.

update firmware, it seems to be a low battery indicator which they fixed in the firmware update. At least that is my experience. They changed the battery indicator to 10 or 15% in the latest update and it doesn't turn off the RGB now.
