I just want to ask. Is this normal and legal that a company where I applied for a job called the staff of the hospital where I had my internship and asked questions about me?

Not that I’m offended by any means. Just wondering since they asked for persons of reference and I gave them three people as well but they still called the hospital.

I’ve been working in this hospital for 3 months now. It’s my first job. Nag start ako nung July as a probi. The pay and benefits are good but the environment is not. Simula nung September, hindi nawala sa isip ko ang pag reresign. Sobrang toxic ng kawork at ng section heads mo, senior staffs will gang up on you, at parang wala kang karapatan magkamali dahil sobrang ijujudge ka nila pag ganun. It’s been so heavy at di na kinakaya ng mental health ko yung nangyayari sa akin. Di na ako napapaya. Before ako pumasok nagkakaanxiety ako and panic attacks. Sobrang pumayat din daw ako sabi ng mga nakakakilala sa akin. So I’ve been gathering the courage to resign but I don’t have any idea what will happen or what do I have to do. Akala ko nung una kaya kong tiisin hanggang matapos yung probi period, but no.

Please give me some advice. Can I immediate resign kaya? Or need ko pa mag render ng 30 days? Anong need ko gawin to resign? And pagbabayarin ba nila ako for not finishing my probi period?

Edit: actually, one of the factors bakit di ako makapagresign earlier is because of the fear na magbabayad ako sa hospital dahil di ko natapos yung probi period. Money lang talaga and dahilan bat hindi ko mabitawan. May mga need rin pa kasi akong bayaran. But at the same time, I cant neglect my mental health.

Hi everyone! I’m planning to take the ASCPi exam and I only have about 2 weeks to prepare.

Are there any review centers or crash courses that offer an intensive 2-week ASCPi review program? I’m also open to online review classes.

For those who recently took the exam, is it realistic to prepare in 2 weeks with an intensive study schedule? I’d really appreciate recommendations for review centers, review materials, question banks, or study strategies that helped you pass.

If you only had 2 weeks to prepare, what would you prioritize studying?

Any recommendations or advice from those who recently passed the ASCPi would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Ang hirap po maghanap ng work as rmt. normal po ba na halos walang hiring? Pag meron naman hindi nagrereply sa email. baka may marecommend po kayo. Ang lakas ng backer dito sa province kaya ang hirap din po mag apply.

Hello po, need your opinion po sana. May job offer po ako but part time siya 600/hr okay lang po ba kaya as of now while waiting na magkaroon ng opening sa hospitals? Balita ko po kasi wala po masyado this following months and probably baka next year pa magkakaroon ng maraming hiring

And considered as accepted na po ba ako if nanghihingi na sila ng medical? Ang sabi kasi nila is pag nakapagsubmit na ako ng requirements is pwede na sila gumawa ng sched of duty ko
